Details for the 2009 Competition, including the registration fee are still being finalized. However, here are the tentative dates for the competition:
Deadline to enter: December 1, 2008.
Problem distributed: January 26th, 2009.
Briefs due (postmarked): March 2nd, 2009.
Competiton: March 27-29, 2009.
As soon as the competition dates and registration are finalized in September, we will send brochures and registration forms to all ABA accredited law schools.

2008 Competition Results
Congratulations to Ted Koshiol & Jessica Tyrus of Chicago-Kent Law School, this year's Evan A. Evans Competition winners. Video of the final round oral arguments should be posted this week.
